AI & Software Engineering

Engineering Leadership/Financial Technology

I work at the intersection of software engineering, architecture, AI, and the systems and teams required to turn technology into something useful.

Background

More than a decade building and leading software engineering teams in financial technology.

My experience includes 13 years at a leading global investment bank and, more recently, working in technology at a major financial exchange.

That background shapes how I think about architecture, engineering practices, delivery, risk, collaboration, and the difference between technology that looks interesting and technology that survives real-world constraints.

Currently

Things I keep returning to

01

Software Architecture

System boundaries, trade-offs, evolution, and architecture decisions that remain understandable as systems grow.

02

Personal Knowledge Systems

Building systems that preserve what I learn and turn accumulated information into usable knowledge.

03

AI-enabled Productivity

Exploring where AI can remove friction, improve decision-making, and meaningfully change how work gets done.

04

Self-hosted Infrastructure

Running the tools, platforms, and delivery infrastructure behind my own experiments and projects.

05

Applied AI

Moving AI ideas beyond demos and into systems that solve real problems reliably.

Why POZHAN

A place to document what I learn, build what I want to understand, and connect research, projects, experiments, and knowledge over time.
